We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.

No, we do not currently offer international shipping.

All Items have a 30 day Refund Policy (providing the products are undamaged and in resalable condition). On-Time Industrial Supply reserves the right to limit or refuse any returns that appear to be in violation, abusive or fraudulent. All refunds must be approved and may be subject to restocking fees and/or shipping charges.

Automated order tracking is not available, though if you call us we can look up the status of your order manually.

We do not offer warranty on the products sold in our shop, but let us know if there was a problem with your order and we will do our best to resolve it!

We ship through UPS and USPS, and specific shipping options depend on the product selected. Please call us if none of the options available at checkout will work for you.
