All Items have a 30-day Refund Policy (providing the products are undamaged and in resalable condition). On-Time Industrial Supply reserves the right to limit or refuse any returns that appear to be in violation, abusive or fraudulent.

3. Restocking Fees
All returns/refunds may be subject to restocking fees and/or shipping charges.
4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns/refunds must be approved. Please contact Customer Support for approval.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
